Critiques
I would move that rear view mirror over a bit to the right. You need something there, but it needs to have a bit more space.
The pole on the right is a bit distracting. I would leave the pole out as it really does not do anything for you and isolates little slivers of the composition.
The composition of the face in the mirror is bothersome because there is a tangent where the bottom of the nose and ear meets the bottom of the mirror. I would increase the size of the face enough to crop half of them out, or make the mirror a tad bigger.
Your dark and light values work for you very well, and really add a lot of interest to the composition. That streak of yellow really jumps out at that viewer, but does not dominate the painting too much. You also have a lot of good subtle value changes going on in the pavement and in the sky.
It really is a very engaging and arresting painting! A great piece of work!
